The Board provides oversight, challenge and direction on all issues of strategy, performance, resources and standards of conduct. The Board sets the Company’s strategic aims and then implements these through its approval and regular monitoring of Business Plans and budgets prepared by the Executive Committee.

Kevin is a graduate chartered accountant and MBA with extensive financial services experience. Successfully engaging finance as an engine for growth within corporations is a key skill of Kevin’s and his financial expertise therefore sees him chairing the Finance and Investment Committee at Unum. Kevin also sits on the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee. |
